The terms, capitalized and undercapitalized, such as "we", "I", "me", "us", "our", and so forth, refer to both Spawner and its supporters. By visiting this site and interacting with our products and apps, you hereby engage in our Services and rules and agree to every, all conditions unless situations proceed to take a different turn of circumstances.

                              You engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the Terms of Services, all policies and rules, including extra currently existing terms, all links that's even somewhat related to this website of some sort. Any reliability, dependability of resources on the site is entirely made and caused by the individual themselves provided our staffs malfunction unnoticeably to remnants of closed cases  at specific points in time. The Spawner organization and its staff reserve the right to configure the information at any time given that it's done to the best of their ability that they deliver sequential facts. HOWEVER, we have no consult or intuition to change anything unknowingly or suddenly unless it truly has to be done right on the spot. When you register for Spawner or get linked with the Website, you agree to provide accurate and tolerable information about yourself and your professional endeavors to be part of Spawner. Spawner possesses the right to ban, suspend or terminate an individual and their account from Spawner at any given time through reasonable approaches. You yourself are responsible for keeping your account safe and secure. That includes: protecting your password, personal information, certain codes, etc. You are also responsible for any and all activities that occur within Spawner and any of its sister site under your functionalities through your identity and your account in conjunction with Spawner.

Receiving products and services through online store or online shipping may be subjected to our Return Policy. Unless properly negotiated and through rare circumstances, Products or Services that an individual receives through the Website and its services or sister sites are prohibited from exchanging or returning.   

                      Spawner reserves the very right to limit the sales of our Products and/or Services to any person, geographically, religiously, or culturally. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer or trade. Under proper verifications, all descriptions and tags of Products or Product are subdued to change at any time without finalization. We reserve the right to discontinue our projects at any given time. If Spawner cuts ties and disconnects itself and refuse to align or associate itself with a Product any more out of sudden happenings,  then any and all  affects and relations that Product has or had with the Organization moving forward is invalid.

BY USING OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, YOU UNKNOWINGLY OR KNOWINGLY CLAIM THAT THIS PRODUCT(S) MAY BE SHIPPED SOMETIMES UNINTENTIONALLY WITH FAULTS OR A FEW MISTAKES. IT IS NOT COMPLETELY GAURANTEED TO THE FULLEST THOUGH THE STAFF WILL TRY TO REPRESENT IT TO ITS MAXIMIZED POTENTIAL.
                 Spawner's Store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify allows us to sell our products to you via the e-commerce platform it cultivated so the business process in terms of trading products can be further imbued.              

SECTION 6 - MESSAGING SERVICES

                Upon connecting and/or associating yourself with the Spawner eSports organization, albeit due to signing up or linking attempts or any other infrastructure, you hereby admit to the messages delivered to you from the Spawner services, to any sort of mailing or e-mailing terms. You will also receive any notifications from Spawner provided you agree to its Notifying terms by clicking the check-box, and once you activated and agreed to these terms, messages will come to your mail devices of any sort until you unsubscribe from our services, decline or revoke. Furthermore, you simultaneously agree that these messaging services directed towards you is controlled by the Section 6 rules of the Terms of Services regarding messages. The Messaging rules are limited to only the Messaging and Notifications part of the Spawner Service, and is not depicted to alter any other parts of the Terms of Services and/or Privacy Policy.  

               Whether Spawner sends an individual user a message or not after the sign up, immediately or not, depends entirely on the Spawner staff as well as its associates' availability.  Also, in response to that,   the Spawner staff will not be held accountable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any messages transferred over to an individual whilst connected to the Spawner Services. Delivery of messages is pointed towards to effective instant sending according to the wireless that you're connected to and any provider/operator not associated with certain Services is outside of Spawner staffs' regulations.       

               Spawner services are ineligible or accessible to anyone under thirteen (13) years of age. If you try to associate yourself in anyway with Spawner and don't meet the requirement rules of a certain age, then your contract with Spawner will be immediately expired. However, if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission and signature in order to participate with Spawner's activities. By engaging with Spawner eSports organization, you also acknowledge and agree that you are under "some sort" of supervision by a reasonable and appropriate law and rule to use and/or function along with Spawner and its activities.   

              If you wish to withdraw and stop associating yourself from the Spawner eSports organization, and attempt to pause the messaging of the SMS/MSS from being directed towards you by Spawner, you can reply to any such SMS marketing messages on your device with the words "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any message messaged to you on your appointed device. By performing that action, you may furthermore then receive a message which accepts your choice to stop associating yourself with Spawner, and/or its messages or any relevance towards you - unless otherwise noted, and you completely send the latter to oblivion by disconnecting yourself from that Service as well. By directly interacting with us through any medium of words, you also acknowledge that our sometimes our platform has certain issues that may refrain us from performing the way we want and trying to meet the customer's standards. Sometimes, our messaging platforms may not recognized certain words or keywords, causing the service providers to malfunction and misbehave. Use of different words and spellings to certain commands and alteration may provide a customer misinformation at times. By adhering to these imperfections, you hereby agree that other than this method, any other method of withdrawing from Spawner eSports is not an appropriate form unless directly confronted with Spawner's staffs. 

             CALIFORNIA'S LAW(S): Spawner's staffs aims to correspond and standby, adhere to every and all servable acts, laws and regimes that will align and provide livelihood and livability righteousness meanings to Californians in every sort of way and possible moment, unless in certain rare moments that disavow our respect, appreciation and trust with certain changeable actions and events. Spawner deems the California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) laws eligible and tolerable, for the Company will consult  to anyone, especially its staffs who in some ways violated these orders. Provided you, as the customer and Servicer, provided your shipping address, the area code, phone number or other list of normalized and classified information onto any services for Spawner, especially if you did so at the time of the signup program, and your information side by that of a Californian's presence, and every information or every other information is in relevance with California and has positive explanations to indicate you are a Californian, Spawner may immediately assume their very customer as a California resident.

SECTION 7 - PARTICIPATIONS AND CONTESTS

            As a esports host organization, certain gatherings, events and meetups may be held by our staff from time to time. However, in order to be a part of them or want to be a part of it, you may be asked to implement your information such as your full name, zip code, e-mail address, and phone number in order to participate. We may partner with other organizations, hand-picked by our staff that's not aligned with Spawner to govern the events' goodies. Our partners may require some of your information in order to fully join hands with our organization, Spawner. The events hosted by Spawner mainly targets individuals of 18 year(s) old or older, and anyone younger than that age are not suited to participate unless approved of by an appropriate rule and/or managed by a legal parent or guardian. Age verification (and maybe to some extent, level of self-awareness and education) and identity proof is required for individuals to be part of the event.
